HAPPY 50th ANNIVERSARY

"Hither to has the Lord led us." I can hardly believe that half a century ago I said "I do" to the love of my youth. I look back on  times of joy, times of tears countless arguments ,hurts and heartaches, but we agree that the sweetest words we ever said was "I DO". I made this card for Richard (notice his grey hair and for me..only my hairdresser knows for sure.) The image is from S.W.A.L.K collection Engaged, coloured with Copic markers. As we continue this journey together, our prayer is that we will be faithful to our Lord and to honour Him in every area of our lives. For my younger friends, I just want to encourage all of you to persevere even when the going is tough, it is worth it.  Molly.

BIRTHDAY......thinking of you

Sweet Blossom is a Whimsey Stamp which we used to do a class at OCS last Saturday this is not as elaborate as the class project but I do like the stamp and this is my take on it.

Today I saw a pair of Cardinals in my garden and thought....Spring is on its way.

s-i-l which she colourd with Copics.I used Cameo Coral card stock and sentiment from SU, motif from Spellbinders Lace Doily Motifs to make the card.

Birthday Wishes

Every now and again I find in my mailbox a small package or envelope with something special in it. My s-i-l and friend who lives in Florida is an avid stamper and is partly responsible for this addicting hobbie I have acquired. The image on this card is Clara from Kraftin'Kimmie which she coloured with Copic markers and blinged up with stickles. Thanks Pat for your generous nature and always thinking of me. See you in a few weeks......... 

Oops!

With so many family birthdays between January and May I made this card for the morning when I will get awake and Oops! I forgot someone's Birthday.

The image and sentiment is from Kraftin'Kimmies Little Red Riding Hood  coloured with Copic Markers. Cardstock SU Cherry Cobbler and Marigold Morning(retired) Other items used: Spellbinders Nestabilities Labels Four, SU window punch, Flower Soft pale green and sweet pea.

THEN COMES THE "I DO"

This is my second image from Crafters Companion
s.w.a.l.k. I DO stamped on Xpressit with Memento black ink. The card is 6 x 6 Bazzil Pink, layered with SU Almost Cocoa, DP KaiserCraft. I did a little stitching to give some detail. Prima Flowers, some Stickles and 1"ribbon add the finishing touch. Coloured with Copics. Spellbinder Lacy Square die cut used on my newly acquired Big Shots machine. Hope you like it

I used Lacey Squares & Heart Circles die cuts. ProvoCraft embossing folder Hot off the Press DP Prima Flowers in white and red, Pearls from Kaiser and punches from SU. I will try to link this card to OCS January challenge.
